We can offer our maintenance packages to new domestic & commercial customers, as well as customers that want to migrate from other security providers. We will assess your needs and guide you to the best package for you.
Bronze
Our entry level maintenance package- A full service once a year (for audiable systems) due on the anniversary of the installation. Any replacement parts would be chargeable.
- A full service twice a year (for police linked systems) the first being due six months after the installation date, one of these visits may be carried out remotely from our office any replacement parts required would be chargeable.
- Batteries in wireless devices are chargeable.
- If the alarm has activated out of hours and the cause of the false alarm is known, there will be a charge of £15.00+ vat for resetting the system using remote reset technology.
Gold
Our Elite package- A full service once a year (for audible systems) due on the anniversary of the installation any replacement parts required would be free of charge.
- A full service twice a year (for police linked systems) the first being due six months after the installation date, one of these visits may be carried out remotely from our office any replacement parts required would be free of charge.
- Batteries on wireless devices will be replaced free of charge.
- When an engineer is called in or out of office hours to the system, there will be no charge for attending and no charge for repair or replacement of faulty equipment.
- If the alarm has activated and the cause of the false alarm is known, there will be no charge for resetting the system using remote reset technology.
- If the system has been damaged by third party ie vandalism, intruders, lightning, workmen, etc there will be a charge for repair or replacement of equipment and any associated labour costs.
Silver
Our most popular maintenance package- A full service once a year (for audible systems) due on the anniversary of the installation. Any replacement parts required would be chargeable.
- A full service twice a year (for police linked systems) the first being due six months after the installation date, one of these visits may be carried out remotely from our office, any replacement parts required would be chargeable.
- Batteries in wireless devices are chargeable.
- When an engineer is called to the system for equipment generated faults between the hours of 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday only, there will be no charge for up to 1 hours labour inclusive of any travelling time, but any additional labour or faulty equipment that needs to be replaced will be chargeable.
- When an engineer is called to the system for equipment generated faults, out of office hours there will be a call out charge with additional costs for labour and any faulty equipment that needs to be replaced. If the alarm has activated and the cause of the false alarm is known, there will be no charge for resetting the system using remote reset technology.
- If the system has been damaged by third party ie vandalism, intruders, lightning, workmen, etc there will be a charge for repair or replacement of equipment and any associated labour costs.
